Registration Status
Burgundy’s principal regulator in Canada is the Ontario Securities Commission. We are registered as a Portfolio Manager in all provinces in Canada and in the Yukon. We are also registered as an Investment Fund Manager in Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland & Labrador, and the Yukon.
Burgundy is registered as an Investment Advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Burgundy funds are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by any other government deposit insurer.
Trade-Matching Statement
This Trade-Matching Statement is being provided in accordance with National Instrument 24-101- Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement and Companion Policy 24-101CP (the “National Instrument”). It applies to all trades that are subject to the National Instrument. We confirm that we have established, maintain and enforce policies and procedures designed to achieve matching in accordance with the National Instrument.

Non-Canadian Investors
